Q. How much time does it take to ship?
A. All orders will be shipped in 1-2 days and be delivered within 15 days of their order date
Q Where are the products shipped from?
A. We have our own dedicated manufacturers and warehouse set up in India from where they will be shipped. The products that are available and stocked in our local warehouse will be shipped from within Canada.
Q. Will the customers be charged customs?
A. No, customers will not be charged customs.
Q. What is the return policy?
A. We have a 5-days return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Q. Can we cancel the order?

Q. Can we exchange product size?
A. Yes, you can exchange all your products for sizes.
Q. Can we pickup our order?
A. Yes, you can pickup your order. We are located in Brampton. You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at checkout. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 15 to 20 business days depending where the product is stocked. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
